Items that are listed as "pre-order" are items that we normally don't carry in our store, an item that has gone out of stock or decor items that need additional notice. Once you place your order, we order the item(s) from the manufacture or our suppliers. Typically we get the item in within 3-5 business days. Some items we are able to get in as little as next day.
If you need items within the next 5 business days and the item is listed as pre-order, it is advised that you call us (402-906-2128) or email email@example.com and we will be able to tell you if we can get the items in time.
If you place an order that has a pre-order item and we are unable to get the item for reasons beyond our control. Such as manufacture out of stock, item discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will refund that item or provide a substitute at your discretion.
If you are pre-ordering for decor items and you select a pick up or delivery time that is less than 48 hours away. The order is considered a "rush order" and we will contact you. Rush service is subject to availability. Rush service fees will be added to the order. Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery can occur.
