Refund policy

• A refund will only be provided if 1) we fail to provide your order on the day you requested or 2) have produced a significantly different product to what you have ordered (e.g. you ordered a birthday but got a baby design, slight variation in color, or size is acceptable). All balloons are checked for leaks or defects before being ready for pickup. Once items are provided to the customer we are no longer responsible for their longevity.
• Returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given.
• All sales are final. Once you place your order we begin ordering supplies and your pickup time is reserved. Furthermore, once the balloons are turned over to the customer there are numerous conditions we have no control over. Balloons are a natural product and will lose their "shine" the longer they are exposed to the elements.
• We do not issue refunds if you bring your balloons in and they are defective or do not float properly when we inflate them.
• If your event has been canceled and you are looking to cancel your order, we can issue store credit in the amount of the original order. 

Decor Installs: 

• No refunds are given for any payments towards the retainer fee, even if the retainer fee is not paid in full.
• No refunds are given for any payments made towards the remaining balance of the installation order regardless of the situation. We understand situations arise that will either require the Client to cancel or reschedule their event and although we are empathetic to those situations, we are unable to refund any payments made.
• When we accept an order, we begin working immediately on selecting the best design and decor needed to accomplish our goal, a perfect installation for your event. The retainer fee retains Inflate Balloons LLC for your installation, and the remaining balance is used to order any materials, and supplies, as well as cover any labor, traveling expenses, etc. As long as written notification is received by Inflate Balloons LLC and the cancellations/rescheduling guidelines are followed, we can reschedule the installation.
• Failure to inform Inflate Balloons LLC by the required time for the cancellation/rescheduling of an installation may result in any/all of the following:
  • The forfeiture of any payments already made
  • The release of the event date and time
  • Termination of the contract
  • Cancellation fees
