Shipping Info

We have now started offering shipping on products. Balloons will arrive flat (uninflated). Over the next few weeks we will update on average about 50 products per day with these new options. We hope to have all products updated by early August. 

Please note shipping is for helium quality balloons. The following does not apply to larger event decor or special items which require pickup or on site install by our team.

Inflation Options:

Inflated - Helium: this item is available for pickup or local delivery from our store. We are unable to ship items pre-inflated with helium. 

No Inflation - Flat: this item is available for shipping, pickup, or local delivery. It will come in its original manufacturing packaging if applicable. Some items do not come in manufacturer packaging. Balloons will not be inflated. 

  • Balloons that arrive flat can be filled with air or helium.
  • Be careful not to overfill the balloon as it can burst.
  • For foil balloons, use proper inflation equipment so as not to damage the valve. 
  • To fill with helium you should contact a local retailer. Grocery stores, dollar stores, pharmacies, floral shops, and others can often fill the balloons with helium for a fee. 


All orders are shipped from our store located in Gretna, Nebraska. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking links to update. 

Shipping times: for in-stock items we will generally ship the order the same business day if we receive the order before 12 pm (noon) Central Time (CST). Orders received after noon will ship the following business day. If you place an order that contains a pre-order item we will ship the entire order once all items arrive to our store. If you need items by a certain date please leave an order note or contact us before ordering. 

    • Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will ship out on Monday
    • Orders do not ship on US Federal Holidays. 

Shipping Costs: We ship USPS & UPS. Rates are real-time carrier rates based on order weight, shipping speed & location.

  • If you get a rate that says SHIPPING and the amount is over $100 it generally means you have helium items, items that are not eligible to be shipped AND/OR flat items. Please check your cart and update your items and continue with checkout. If issues still arise please contact us.

Store Pickup: is available free of charge. Our hours can be found here. Most items can be picked up in as little as 2 hours.

Local Delivery: flat items & most helium items are available for local delivery. For larger items such as arches and event decor please fill out our event inquiry form to get started.
